I thought, well, it is on the other side of the world… It is never going to happen here. We need to be worried about what we are going to do… Because we don’t have money to pay rent, we don’t have money for food or anything.
He had the opportunity to leave with his family. And he didn’t. He preferred to stay here with us and take care of us. He started to give us a class on how to be clean, how we need to sanitize everything and how we need to be careful about everything.
If we were ever to be sick, he was ready to tend to us. He provided food, a house, water, and things for us to be safe. I learned how to eat properly and, in the amount, exactly. I started to be healthier so I would not get sick, because I am really sensitive to sickness.
He was taking care of all of us and of me. So, I really want to say thank you very much for all of your help. Thank you very much for all your love, for all the teaching and providing everything for me.

Pensé, bueno, está del otro lado del mundo… Aquí nunca va a pasar. Tenemos que estar preocupados por lo que vamos a hacer… Porque no tenemos dinero para pagar la renta, no tenemos dinero para comida ni nada.
